Entry forms and fees
It is important to get your entry form, with its fee, in on time.
Entry forms must be delivered to Mr Ormston, Mr Coe or Mr Lupton by 5PM on the Wednesday before the Show. Payment (in cash) must be included.
We cannot accept entry forms via e-mail. We also cannot accept entry forms with a cheque, owing to the huge number of forms we receive.
Exhibits
Exhibits MUST be brought to the Marquee between 8am and 10am on the morning of the Show.
We know this means an early start for many people. However, we have to close the Marquee at 10am for judging to commence on time. Judging is a lengthy process and if not started promptly, we will not able to open the marquee at 2pm.
Please allow yourself sufficient time to stage your exhibits. If you arrive at 9.55 with twenty different exhibits, you will not have time to put them all in place around the marquee.
We don't want to turn anyone away, but it is awkward for the stewards to be trying to hurry late entrants out of the door as the judges are walking up to the marquee!
