Craft TentThe Craft Tent is full for this year, but we are always keen to hear from more and different craftspeople to come to the Show in order to have a good mix of crafts in the Tent.You can display your craft items, have items for sale and demonstrate your craft to the public too. There is a small charge for taking part and renting table space. Please note that the craft tent is not suitable for franchises or agencies selling mass produced items. If you would like more information, please fill in the form to the right. CharitiesWe have a limited number of stalls available every year on the main field for local charities to take. There is no charge for these stalls, but 10% of any profits made are to be contributed to the Show. Tables are available for hire at a small charge, or you can bring your own tables and gazebos.Ideally, we ask charities to have items for sale or games to play rather than just information. We also ask you not to run a Tombola to avoid duplication. As demand for these stalls is always high, we ask you to fill out the form to the right before the end of April in the year you would like to come to the Show. Arena and Field EventsWe are always looking for new attractions in the arena and on the field. Over the years, we have had all kinds of arena and field events, including stunt bikes, falconry, dance displays, live music, a magician, a Camera Obscura and ferret racing.If you have an interesting act you think we might like to have at next year's Show, please fill out the contact form and let us know! We'd love to hear from you. BeneficiaryEach year, we select a local charity to be the Show's major beneficiary. Our beneficiary is offered a stall on the Show field and will receive a donation to its funds after the Show from any profit the Show makes.If you are interested in being our beneficiary for next year, please complete the contact form. We ask that you be a locally based charity, which directly benefits people in the north Winchester area. AdvertisingOur Show Schedule is distributed to every home in Littleton and Harestock in July each year, as well as being available in local shops in the wider north Winchester area.The Schedule has space for local businesses to advertise and you can take out a quarter, half or full page advertisement. If you would like more information on the cost of this, please contact us. OthersWe have received enquiries in the past from businesses wanting a stand at our Show. We are a non-commercial Show and do not offer this kind of facility, other than in the ways detailed above. |
