It is important to get your entry form and fee in to the correct place and in good time.
Entries must be made on the Official Entry Forms, or a copy of one, and returned to either Mr Ron COE at 180, Buriton Road, Harestock, or Mr. Mike LUPTON at 86, Main Road, Littleton (next to the Running Horse), or Mr Tony ORMSTON at Fairwood, Rewlands Drive, Harestock, not later than 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before Show Day (31st August 2011).
You must include your entry fee, in cash, with the form.
You don't need to speak to Mr Coe, Mr Lupton or Mr Ormston - seal your form in an envelope with your fee and pop it through the letterbox. If you don't live locally, you can ask a friend or family member to do this for you.
Exhibits cannot be accepted at any of the drop-off points and must be brought separately to the marquee on Show Day.
